Know the ways to enroll in the Apple developer program



It is not at all been easier to develop applications for Apple platforms. If you would like to start with app development for macOS, iOS, tvOS, and watchOS, all you need to do is just downloading Xcode from the Mac App Store. If you are prepared to share your apps to consumers, the Apple Developer Program offers everything you require to build apps with highly developed capabilities and make them available all over the world.

You can know the way to develop applications for Apple platforms for free without registering your name. When you open an Apple developer account, you will be provided with an Apple ID, through which you will be capable of accessing Xcode, documentation, software downloads, forums, sample code, and Feedback Assistant. You will also be capable of testing your apps on a variety of devices. If you do not have an account or ID, you can create one easily and quickly.

If you are an individual developer and you would like to distribute your apps, you need to become a member of the Apple Developer Program. If you want to distribute your apps within your company, then you need an Apple enterprise account by joining the Apple Developer Enterprise Program.
If you are concerned with apps creation and distribution, register in the Apple Developer Program. Once you become a member of the program, you will be capable of accessing beta OS releases and the required tools to develop, check, and distribute your apps as well as Safari extensions.

The only basic criterion that you need to open an Apple developer account is that you should have attained the age of 18 years. You can enroll in the program as an Individual or as a sole proprietor of a business. You can sell your apps to the App Store under your personal name.

If you running an organization or an educational institution, you are required to provide a D-U-N-S Number registered to your legal entity during the registration process.

If you are registering as a sole proprietor or an Individual, you need to sign in with your Apple ID with bi-factor verification turned on. You will also be required to provide basic individual information about you, including your valid address and legal name.

When you are enrolling as an organization, you will require an Apple ID that you will get while opening your Apple enterprise account. Here also, you are supposed to turn on the two-factor authentication to get started.

Another important criterion while enrolling as an organization is that you are supposed to provide the D-U-N-S Number pertained to your company in order to verify its legal entity status and identity.  D-U-N-S is a unique nine-digit number that will be allotted by Dun & Bradstreet, which is considered a standard company identifier. If your organization does not already have the D-U-N-S Number, you need to apply afresh.

The next prerequisite for enrollment is the legal entity status of your organization. This will allow you to enter into an agreement with Apple

Your organization should be a legal entity so that it can enter into a contract with Apple. You should also have a legal binding authority to bind your business to legal agreements. You should own a company website, as well, which should be made accessible to the public.
